The Carlow Kilkenny Green Party is an active local group of the Irish Green Party.

It has regular meetings; once a month, alternating between Carlow and Kilkenny venues.

Newcomers are welcome and can attend meetings for a period to find out if the group is something they wish to attend.

The Green Party is not just about the environment, it is about developing the best policy for social equality, education, energy etc. National policy is often developed by local groups and members.
